Hi! I’m Gabe Sotero. I’ve competed in Excel eSports since 2022 and, for the first time, I qualified for the Microsoft Excel World Championship finals at HyperX Arena in Las Vegas, November 30–December 2.
My flight to Las Vegas is already booked. I’m raising funds for accommodation, food, and the other costs of the trip.

I’m Gabriel Sotero, known as Gabe. I’m from Rio de Janeiro, work as a data engineer at PicPay, and love a challenge.

In 2024, I reached the final of the first Brazilian Excel Championship. In 2025, I was runner-up. In 2026, after my third consecutive Brazilian final, I reached an even bigger milestone: qualification for the in-person World Championship finals in Las Vegas.
That qualification took study, dedication, and countless hours of practice and competition. Now I have another challenge: getting there.
I started this personal campaign to make the trip possible and represent Brazil among the world’s best. There are no intermediaries; all funds raised will go toward participation costs. Fundraising will close when the goal is reached.
